Data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, company, job title, email address, selected topic and message you provide, together with the date and time of submission. To protect the form against abuse, we also store a one-way hashed (non-reversible) identifier derived from your network address; we do not store the address itself.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about a potential engagement. A copy of your enquiry is sent by email to the Orbistrata team so it can be answered promptly. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us, and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in a secured database hosted by our infrastructure and email service providers. Access is restricted to authorized Orbistrata administrators. Enquiry contents are not exposed on the public website.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting discussion, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. The hashed abuse-prevention identifier is used only to limit repeated submissions.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or request its restriction, by contacting us through this website. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
